October 2nd, 09:

Grah.. I'm so sorry for not uploading the rest of the draft stock yet.. First school decided to rear it's ugly head, and then I came down with something in the last few days that just won't let up.. o_x UGh... I'll try to upload the rest tomorrow.
I will say though that if you're waiting for stock of horses actually pulling the carts then you shouldn't expect much. We didn't get there in time to watch the end of the morning classes, and had to leave before the evening classes began four hours later. (The midday was WAYYYY too hot for the horses to be hauling heavy carts and the link in an uncovered arena, and too hot for most of the spectators to handle. Hence the long break.) I do however have pictures of horses in full harnesses and several pictures of the carts that they would have been pulling. I doubt it makes up for it, but I hope it at least will be of some use to you all.
Next year we're planning on staying the weekend up in Grass Valley so we can get to the show in time to take photographs of the actual classes. Hopefully everything will work out then.

Until tomorrow then.. *slinks off to get more advil*

So until then I will be taking shots with my mother's digital camera, which is good but doesn't take the best photos in the world. Meaning there WILL be blurring in a lot of these photos. (And sadly I can never really tell which photos are going to be affected by blurring until I actually load them into my computer... >__> My mother's camera is rather finicky..)

-Most of these photos will be of Arabian horses, so if you want to find a large amount of images of other breeds I suggest you look elsewhere. However! I do have quite a few pictures of Quarterhorses, Percherons, Paints/Pintos, and so on hidden in the recesses of this gallery. (Also, there are some pictures of things other than horses in my gallery as well. [The folders for them are after all my other ones in the gallery.])

-These images ARE enhanced and sharpened in photoshop in order to make them more appealing and easier to work with. However, the editting beyond that is minimal at best. Not all images were given the same amount of editting though, and may look more or less saturated than ones that were taken only seconds before.

-Also, I do NOT watch people on this account unless they also have a stock account that I happen to enjoy looking through. =/ So don't feel bad if you watch me but never get a notice of my doing the same to you. I'm more than happy to watch people on my main however.

September 20th, 09:

Well my bandwidth has reset on the photobucket account, and luckily it seems that no one had any trouble with the larger images I gave out from it.

On the other hand, I went to the barn yesterday as I mentioned in my last journal. I tried to get some nice shots of the babies running and playing, but unfortunately despite gaining access to their pasture I was never in the right place at the right time... *fails* I did however get some interesting shots for you all that I will be posting shortly.
I'm also planning on going up next weekend, so maybe I'll finally get those shots I've been wanting... There's a draft show going on during that same time period, which is only a twenty minute drive from the barn itself. So I might, keyword being might, get some nice draft shots for you all as well.

I just wanted to warn everyone that my photobucket account recently went over it's bandwidth limit for this month, people were leeching off of a gif I had up of a Cowboy Bebop scene, and until it resets itself I'm not too sure if any of the larger stock photos I give out will be working. (You know, the ones I send you if you ask for them.) If you were sent one, and it's not working when you need it to, please tell me. In the mean time I've created another photobucket account to handle the problem...
Note to self, never use that Cowboy Bebop scene for an avatar ever again... Stupid leeches... .___.;;;

July 18th, 2009:

*sighs in contentment* Ah... The joy of finally being able to go to the barn and see my horse for the day... x) *is still on cloud nine*
So yeah, you all know what a day at the barn for me means. That's right! New stock!

Just give me a bit longer to rest, it was a little hot today and the sun kind of got to me towards the end of the trip, and I'll upload it. ^.^ (I got shots of mothers with their foals, the same old rascally yearlings/two year old's from before, a couple of a new slimmer Eche [and one really amusing one that made me giggle when I saw it on my camera preview screen], a few of the horses up in the show barn, and finally some of the gorgeous Dancing Rain; who is probably one of my favorite horses in the world. I normally can't get good photos of her due to her being in the barn most of the time, and you know my camera hates the indoors, but since she has a foal now I was able to get quite a few nice ones. )

So until then I will be taking shots with my mother's digital camera, which is good but doesn't take the best photos in the world. Meaning there WILL be blurring in a lot of these photos. (And sadly I can never really tell which photos are going to be affected by blurring until I actually load them into my computer... >__> My mother's camera is rather finicky..)

-Most of these photos will be of Arabian horses, so if you want to find a large amount of images of other breeds I suggest you look elsewhere. However! I do have quite a few pictures of Quarterhorses, Percherons, Paints/Pintos, and so on hidden in the recesses of this gallery. (Also, there are some pictures of things other than horses in my gallery as well. [The folders for them are after all my other ones in the gallery.])

-These images ARE enhanced and sharpened in photoshop in order to make them more appealing and easier to work with. However, the editting beyond that is minimal at best. Not all images were given the same amount of editting though, and may look more or less saturated than ones that were taken only seconds before.

-Also, I do NOT watch people on this account unless they also have a stock account that I happen to enjoy looking through. =/ So don't feel bad if you watch me but never get a notice of my doing the same to you. I'm more than happy to watch people on my main however.

NOTE! If you want a larger pixel size version of these pictures, or ones that aren't sharpened, just ask! The original versions of these pictures are all at 1920x2560, and while I refuse to POST those sized pictures here I am not against sending a larger sized version to you if you want them.</sup>
Here's the deal:
-Ask for a larger sized version and I'll send you one at 1280x960 pixels. (Though if I know you well enough or trust you, I will send you a larger size. Though not as large as the ones that are slated for commercial use.)
-However, if you want to use these for commercial uses send me a note to discuss payments and such and I'll send you the 1920x2560 version. =/

Just incase someone actually WANTS to use these photos.
(NOTE: NONE of these rules apply to the people at Sonrise. Why? Because I trust them, I know they aren't going to use a photo or two and not tell me about it, and most of the photos here are of their horses anyways. If I catch people pretending to be from Sonrise I will report them.)

<sup>1. You may only use these photos for photo-manipulations and as art references, if you want to use them for something else please send me a note on my main account and ask me about it. Taking these photos as they are and reposting them somewhere else however is NOT allowed. (Unless of course you earn my permission. xP) <---- I'd appreciate it if you DON'T post these images on your photobucket account for any reason. I'm going to be VERY strict on this, especially since photobucket allows you to make money off of other people's works without proper permission. -_-
However you MAY save them to your computer for your own uses. Do NOT send them to other people, if someone wants to use my stock just direct them here. =/
Edit: You are also not allowed to make photomanipulations of my images and then turn around and offer the edited images as stock. I will be PISSED if I catch anyone doing this.



||+|+|+ Alright since some people are getting confused about my rules, I'd like to clarify that I have NO problem with people using my stock for photomanipulations that are destined for usage on RP sites. I only care if people take the UNEDITED stock, meaning my actual photo without any changes what so ever, and post it somewhere else. Once again, I ONLY care about people posting my unedited stock (watermarks and all) somewhere else. I apologize for any confusion my rules have caused.+|+|+||



2. In addition to the first rule, you are not allowed to use my pictures for commercial purposes without acquiring my permission and discussing possible royalty payments. Yes, getting my permission and paying me ARE required if you wish to use my works for commercial means. (Commercial = Anything where you sell something for real money.) However prints do not necessarily apply to this rule, go to the next one to see my stance on selling prints that make use of my photos. (Do I honestly think anyone will ever use these photos for commercial purposes? Pffft, NO. Seriously, they AREN'T that good. But I've found that it pays to set guidelines for things like this as soon as possible to avoid confusion in the future.)
Small Note: If you want to use these images for something like a not-for-profit fundraiser or something of that sort then only my permission is needed. ^-^


3. I would really appreciate it if you do not sell prints that make use of my photos in some fashion. However, I'm not as strict on this rule as I am on the second one. So while I would appreciate it if you wouldn't post prints making use of my work, I will not throw a fit if you end up doing so. Just give me a link so I can see it. ;3
Royalty payments are NOT necessary when it comes to posting prints here. Just felt I should clarify on that.

4. You</sup> must <sup>credit me in some way if you choose to use these photos. A link to this account would be appreciated, but even just saying 'I got this pose/image/etc from ~Nyaorestock' is fine with me as well.

YOU MAY NOT HOWEVER JUST SAY 'I GOT THIS FROM DEVIANTART'.

(I am not above reporting people for not following this rule, though I will give them a second chance to put credit up. If they don't, I WILL report them for stock theft. So PLEASE, put the damn credits up. It's not that friggin' hard, and it IRRITATES me to no end when people don't follow this rule in particular.)

5. In addition to these rules, some of the individual pictures here will also have a few more slapped onto them. This mostly just applies to images I take at horse shows and not using the competition numbers the riders/horses wear in the shots.
